Salvatore Azzena is a Research Assistant at the Department of Humanities and Social Sciences of the University of Sassari. Since 2024, he has been working on the research project “T3: Tourism, Technologies , Trend”. He is a programmer and holds a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering from the University of Sassari, with a thesis focused on the testing and development of machine learning technologies for sentiment analysis in the tourism sector. His work involves providing technical support for the various stages of the multidisciplinary project, from database design to the development of scripts for data analysis and sentiment analysis of tourism-related data.
